The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. filgame makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if directly linked to prohibited conduct. Balances unrelated to any breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
